CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY – TRAINING COURSES
If a training course becomes unavailable due to cancellation by Thornley Group, your sole remedy is a refund, to the full extent permitted by law. If you cancel your registration then the following refund schedule shall apply:
- 50% cancellation fee – cancellations received in writing (email or letter) less than 30 days before the course start date.
- 100% cancellation fee – cancellations received in writing (email or letter) less than 14 days before the course start date.
All attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation bookings and no compensation will be made should the training course be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any event prior to the commencement date.
REFUND POLICY – ONLINE TRAINING PURCHASES
If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to attending, viewing or download, your sole remedy is a refund, to the full extent permitted by law. If technical problems caused by our service prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is a refund of the price paid, as determined by Thornley Group. Your statutory rights are not affected.
