Training key people as Six-Sigma Black Belts and Six Sigma Green Belts’ is one of the first practical steps towards becoming a 6-Sigma performing organisation.  The training can be used to gain unit standards in competitive manufacturing to Level 5 if you are a manufacturing organisation.

Training at this level will provide the toolkit necessary to create improved customer satisfaction, 6-sigma level defect delivery, cost efficient processes and a motivated workforce.
